Julie is an enthusiastic, innovative event planner who has demonstrated her ability to enhance and transform event methodology and processes using traditional and social media strategies. She is extremely effective in building sustainable and enriched relationships while working collaboratively and presenting information to influence decision makers. She has served as director of alumnae relations at Ursuline Academy and is now assistant director of alumni relations at Harvard Medical School.
Beth McGonagle - Stewardship & Events
With more than fifteen years of experience building comprehensive stewardship programs and donor recognition opportunities for higher education advancement programs, Beth's focus is on strategic planning, goal setting, and mentoring staff. Her areas of expertise include high-end event planning, donor relations, communications, project management, grant writing, and team building. Using metrics, bench marking and best practices, she is committed to continuous improvement. Beth is currently the Director of Advancement at the New England Center for Children.
Kirsten Spilker - International Fundraising
Recently relocated to Hawaii, Kirsten previously staffed and guided Northeastern University's Young Global Leaders group, managed a portfolio of major gift prospects in Europe, developed and oversaw programming for international students and parents, and led the planning and execution of global programs designed to engage international major and principal gift donors and prospects.

Steve's career in fundraising spans more than 20 years. He's been a major gift officer, annual giving leader, mentor, manager, writer and consultant. He has worked in higher education and large non-profits including Morgan Memorial Goodwill, WGBH, MIT, Northeastern University, and UPenn, his alma mater. A bright, progressive leader, Steve's adaptability, innovative thinking, and genuine warmth and humor have led to his success as a fundraiser.
